Ishana is a recent graduate from the Canadian School of Osteopathy - Vancouver. She has worked as a Kinesiologist and personal trainer for 10 years working with clients of all backgrounds, from Active Rehabilitation clients to Varsity athletes at Simon Fraser University and everything in between.

Her certifications include:

-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)

-Neurokinetic Therapy (Level 1)

-Functional Movement Screen (Level 1).


Through her studies, she has worked alongside practitioners of various backgrounds. Her curiosity to learn more about the human body and different methods of treatments led her to study Manual Osteopathy. As her knowledge of Osteopathy increases, she integrates the knowledge and techniques with her personal training clients. She is currently a 3rd year student at the Canadian School of Osteopathy – Vancouver Campus.

Sessions with Ishana include a combination of exercise prescription and education around correct biomechanics and movement technique for your body. She may also use Neurokinetic Therapy or Manual Osteopathy techniques if they will be of benefit to your wellness journey. She believes that exercise therapy and manual therapy go hand-in-hand and when used together can help you achieve your goals of fitness and wellness.

Marjorie is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (D.O.M.P.) who graduated with a D.Sc.O. with honors, distinctions and privileges arising from the Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO) in Vancouver. She moved to North Vancouver in 2015, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Kinesiology from the Université de Sherbrooke, including a concentration in health and physical activity.

Her experience as a Kinesiologist and her thesis on Biotensegrity and the Classical allowed her to develop an individualized and global approach in clinic. She has completed a wide variety of post-graduate continuing education, including but not limited to, the Gut-Brain Axis, Osteopathy for Children, the Rule of the Artery, Central Sensitization, and multiple courses in Endocranial Spasms. She also supervises the student external clinic at the CSO and wrote a thesis on “Biotensegrity and the Classical Osteopathic Model”, which refined her skills in offering an individualized and global clinical approach. *** As a therapist she collaborates with you to bring you closer to your health goals, restore movement and function, as well as reduce your chronic or acute symptoms. Since November 2022, she has been treating in the therapeutic presence of a hypoallergenic, quiet, friendly 5lbs female toy poodle named Cocotte. She is well-behaved and does not interfere with the treatment unless her participation is directly requested by the patient.

Osteopathic Manual Therapist and RMT Lyndsay joined Fluid Motion in 2018 and welcomes new and existing patients. Lyndsay moved her practice to North Vancouver to be closer to home and to be part of an osteopathy-focused clinic. Lyndsay has a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice and a Diploma in Massage Therapy. She has been working to keep people active and mobile since 2001. Prior to Fluid Motion, Lyndsay worked at Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Clinic for 10 years where she enjoyed treating patients of all ages and stages. Scott has been practicing as an RMT for the past 4 years After graduation Scott saw the limitations of massage therapy and decided to advance his manual therapy education and enrolled into the Canadian School of Osteopathy. Scott is currently completing his final year and aims to be licensed by the end of ‘23. Scott comes to North Vancouver via Manitoba and has had an extensive history in health and fitness through sport and personal training. He has built a successful practice treating orthopedic conditions. Scott is specifically interested in treatment of disk injuries and spinal pathologies.
